Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Deal Flow Alert ("the Service"), operated by Idillo Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Deal Flow Alert is an aggregation and notification service. We surface publicly available business-for-sale listing information and deliver matches to subscribers based on their stated criteria. We are not a marketplace, a broker, an intermediary, an advisor, or a party to any transaction.

2. No republication

Deal Flow Alert does not host, republish, or claim ownership of listing content. All listings link to their original source. Listing content (including descriptions, images, and trademarks) remains the property of the original publishers. We display only structured factual data (e.g. price, revenue, location, industry) and a screenshot for visual reference; the full listing copy lives at the source URL, where you can read it in context.

3. Data accuracy

Listing data is provided as-is. Deal Flow Alert makes no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing. Listings may be withdrawn, updated, sold, or misrepresented at the source at any time without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

4. No advice

Deal Flow Alert is not a broker, intermediary, advisor, or fiduciary. We do not provide business valuation, M&A, legal, financial, tax, or any other professional advice. You should consult your own qualified advisors before pursuing any transaction.

5. No solicitation

We do not represent buyers or sellers in transactions. Any deal you pursue is between you and the listed party. We have no role in negotiations, due diligence, financing, or closing, and we earn no fee from any transaction surfaced through the Service.

6. Acceptable use

Subscriptions are for the subscriber's own deal-sourcing use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, scrape, or otherwise commercially exploit data received from Deal Flow Alert. You may not share account credentials. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited communications to brokers or sellers in bulk. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idillo Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to your account address at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
