Deal Flow Alert is built by the team behind Business For Sale by Owner, a 294,000-member community of buyers, sellers, brokers, and operators talking about deals every day. We aggregate publicly available business-for-sale listings from marketplaces, broker networks, and industry-specific sites across the United States, and we deliver matches by email on your schedule — as they happen, or in a weekly digest you choose.

We started this because the buyers in our community kept telling us the same thing: there are too many places to check, the filters on each one are inconsistent, and the listings that matter most always seem to be the ones you missed. Deal Flow Alert is the simplest fix we could ship.

What we believe

Deciding to buy a business is instant. Most people know within minutes of seeing a listing whether it's a real candidate. The slow part is finding enough candidates worth that minute. The wider your buy box, and the more on-target listings cross your desk each week, the faster you close on the right one.
